David Anderson
Chief Executive Officer
David Anderson is a well-respected business leader with a demonstrated track record of business growth and value generation. Since January 2020, Mr. Anderson has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Millar Western Forest Products, a privately held, integrated forest products company based in Alberta, Canada. Prior to being appointed President and CEO of Millar Western, Mr. Anderson spent 14 years with Millar Western in various roles, including as its Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, during which time he garnered extensive experience in all aspects of the business, from product marketing and development through finance to the executive management of operations. Mr. Anderson also serves as a member of Millar Western’s board of directors. Mr. Anderson earned a Bachelor of Science in Forestry and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Alberta and has been a CFA charterholder since 2016.
Dale Irwin
President
Mr. Irwin has served as Greenidge’s President since Greenidge was acquired by the Controlling Stockholder in February 2014 and began serving solely as President, overseeing day-to-day operations, in March of 2021. He previously also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Greenidge from 2014 until March 2021. Mr. Irwin has more than 20 years of diverse international experience in leading teams and managing projects from idea to execution. In his 18+ years of experience in the energy sector, Mr. Irwin has managed numerous large and small-scale capital projects, including the conversion of Greenidge from a 1930s era coal-fired power plant to a modern, 21st century natural gas-powered plant and, ultimately, a fully compliant power plant-bitcoin mining company. He provides expertise in powerplant compliance, construction management, outage management, fossil fuel operations and maintenance training. Mr. Irwin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management from Keuka College.
Scott MacKenzie
Chief Strategy Officer
Scott MacKenzie is an experienced leader with extensive mergers and acquisitions, business development and strategic planning experience. Mr. Mackenzie has served as the Vice President, Corporate Development for Millar Western since June 2019. From June 2016 to June 2019, Mr. MacKenzie was the Director, Corporate Development and Strategic Planning at Stuart Olson Inc., one of the largest construction services companies in Canada. Prior to joining Stuart Olson, Mr. MacKenzie held various senior management roles with the ATCO Group, an engineering and logistics company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Mr. MacKenzie earned a Bachelor of Engineering from Lakehead University and a Master of Business Administration with a focus in finance and international business from the University of Alberta.
Bob Loughran
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Loughran joined Greenidge as Chief Accounting Officer in June 2021 and has served as Chief Financial Officer since January 2022. Prior to Greenidge, he spent over 30 years in finance leading high-performing accounting and finance teams in large multinational companies. Mr. Loughran was Vice President, Corporate Controller of Tronox Holdings PLC from April 2018 through June 2020. Prior to that, Mr. Loughran had spent 14 years at Avon Products, Inc. where he had various roles with increasing responsibility, including serving as Group Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer from March 2016 through March 2019; Vice President, Corporate Controller from May 2012 to March 2016; and was Avon's Acting Chief Financial Officer from September 2014 to March 2015. Prior to Avon, Mr. Loughran held various finance roles of increasing responsibilities at Praxair, Applera and Gartner. Mr. Loughran has extensive experience in SEC reporting, technical accounting, internal controls, planning, forecasting and M&A. He also brings a proven track record of successful business transformations. Mr. Loughran began his career in audit for six years at Price Waterhouse LLP. Mr. Loughran is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Connecticut.
Dustin Beaudry
Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Beaudry has served as Greenidge’s Chief Technology Officer since January 2021. Mr. Beaudry brings over 18 years of consulting and operating experience as a technology professional. Prior to joining Greenidge Generation, Mr. Beaudry was Director of Technology and Operations at Pegasus Capital Advisors, a private equity firm headquartered in Greenwich, Connecticut. He held senior management roles and advisory engagements with portfolio companies across a number of industries including manufacturing, transportation, energy and professional services. He also served as Director of Management Consulting at RSM US LLP. Mr. Beaudry is a graduate of Connecticut College.
Christian Mulvihill
Vice President of Engineering and Corporate Development
Mr. Mulvihill serves as Vice President of Engineering and Corporate Development at Greenidge. He most recently worked as an Associate with Atlas Holdings after serving as an Atlas Field Associate at Granite Shore Power from April 2018 to August 2020. He began his career as a Project Manager in TC Energy’s Canadian Natural Gas Pipeline business. Christian received a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Queen’s University in Canada.
Timothy Rainey
Treasurer
Mr. Rainey has been with Greenidge since 2017. Mr. Rainey is a licensed CPA with more than 10 years of diverse accounting and finance experience, including at a top 40 accounting firm. For two years, from 2015 through 2017, Mr. Rainey served as Senior Accountant at Bonadio & Co. LLP. As CFO of Greenidge, Mr. Rainey continuously weighs opportunities and risks in both the cryptocurrency and energy markets to make winning decisions for both institutional investors and mining customers. He is frequently quoted by top-tier trade publications for his unique insights into cryptocurrency and energy markets, as well as the areas in which they intersect. Mr. Rainey holds an M.B.A. in Accounting from the State University of New York College at Oswego.
Lance Rosenzweig

Lance Rosenzweig is President and CEO of Support.com and is passionate about building the company into a global leader of homesourced customer support and business process outsourcing solutions. Lance is an entrepreneur, CEO, and board member, with a track record of building great companies and generating substantial shareholder returns.
Prior to joining Support.com, Lance has been CEO of three leading business process outsourcing companies: Startek, which grew to $650M in revenues and over 40,000 employees, Aegis USA, which grew to over $400M in revenues and over 18,000 employees, and PeopleSupport, which he co-founded, took public, grew revenues to $150M and generated 10X returns to early investors. Lance was also CEO of Domo Tactical Communications.
